骆驼峰属石英砂岩峰林地貌，第三纪以来地壳缓慢间歇性抬升导致侵蚀基准面下降，岩体长期受风化、流水侵蚀切割等作用，节理裂隙发育。远观形似骆驼，伸颈昂头，负重致远。 The Camel Peak belongs to the quartz sandstone peak forest landform. The slow intermittent uplift of the earth’s crust since the Tertiary period lowered the base level of erosion. Affected by long-term weathering and fluvial erosion, the rock contains developed joints and fissures. Seen from afar, the peak resembles a camel.
