岩体受节理控制，在流水侵蚀、风化以及崩塌等作用下，形成一道直立的条带状石峰，似一位慈祥的母亲怀抱着稚气可掬的婴儿，面向东南引颈而望，盼夫早归。亦称观音送子，广受信士供拜。 Undercutting and weathering along the joints in the rock shaped this stone pillar, which looks like a loving mother holding a baby waiting for her husband to come home. It is also known as Guanyin (The Goddess of Mercy) Bestowing Baby, and is widely worshipped by the people.
